Yogeeswara : Legal Advice from Lawyer for Employment & Labour in Bangalore

I have taken an employment with one of the software company in Bangalore. They offered me a position of trainee software engineer for that they asked me to sign a 3 year employment agreement with Bond. Unfortunately I got fall into sick and not able continue my job after 15 days of training period in May 2017. I stopped my services as an employee without informing them as they were not allowed me to take leave of 1 month for taking rest due to illhealth.

But now,later 2.6 years they sent of notice asking to pay the durable amount which is said in the bond.

Please suggest me in this regards.

(I was joined an IT local company in Bangalore as a trainee with a stipend amount of Rs.4500/- per month for the period of 3 months after that they will give employment with the company. Also they have asked me to sign a bond for 3 years service.
It was happened in May 2017.
I signed the bond and joined the company and went for 15 days and stopped without informing them due to my personnel problems.
After 2 years in 2019 they have a sent notice to me asking to pay the amount which is said in the bond in 15 days. Failing we will take a legal actions.
Please suggest me in this regards.
Bond amount is 4,50,000. After training 8500 per month and with in training 4500 per month.

they sent on email asking me to come to office and report to manager in 2018. But that email I have not seen until this present notice came to me through POST
