vikas : Legal Advice from Lawyer for Property/Ancestral Property/Will in Chandigarh

Delay possession of flat .I booked my flat in 2013 in Mohali Punjab 2016 Apr was my delivery month with 6 month grace period.
Now we have shifted in 2019 Apr month. I don’t sign any affidavit or offer of possession till date they make my entry as they adjust my 5 rupees from 2016 to Apr 2019 by their own. I don’t sign any kind of documents. if I go to state consumer court am i eligible for interest and damages in term of rent paid and mental harrasment. Is I did any mistake by entering into my flat or it will effect my compensation .now I have decided to get the all money and sale it and purchase new flat.
