Dear sir/mam
I am rakesh kumar from muzaffarpur bihar. I purchased ola electric scooter trough ola app on date 18-march-2022.i paid full amount Rs1,51,458 and I cancel order trough mail and after mail ola team call and told cancel button enable on ola app. Then I cancel the order trough app. After oder cancel showing refund initiated and amount showing zero refunded to your source account. Then I call and mail to ola customer he told refund initiated but ola team not provide transaction ID,reference number. I cancel ola scooter due medical issue. But ola team not support properly.
