K : Legal Advice from Lawyer for Traffic Violations in Bellary

Hi I am Niranjan,my question is like this! Is it really mandatory to have a two wheeler insurance in india, according to Indian motorcycle act 1988 it is mandatory to have a third party Insurance, now my question is as per the human rights an individual can decide about his property that he should get that insured or not,i think its his choice of act to get a insurance, what are your thoughts on this one
