Respected sir.. I used to work in a banking sector namely HDB financial services. I was earning good incentives and everything was going well.. But my reporting manager used to harrass me mentally a lot.. he used very bad languages with me which I can not write down here.. I already left the job but I want to consult with you what steps I should take.. Because I think that nobody has right to use bad words to their junior employees.. if the employee doesn’t do his work properly then a manager should properly tell him to leave the job neither he has the right to mentally harrasshim using dirty words .. I don’t know what to do. But it hurt my self respect.. please consult with me.. if someone call me from your side then I will be a better position to tell about the situation.. plz help me
