Vishal From Pune want legal help in Employment & Labour

We are running a logistics company and employed around 100 labours at our warehouse they are not permanent blouse and keep changing frequently but as per the maharashtra labour law we have to register them and pay leave to govern for their gratuity and bonus but since they are changing frequently how we will register each one and legalise the process also some one advised us to form a labour union in the name of company so that we will not fall under mathadi act.

Need advice from you how to deal with this situation.
