Sushil From NAVI Mumbai want legal help in Employment & Labour

I was caught in one big blast accident in which I lost my hearing ability from right ear. In that accident, my brain fluid was started leaking through my nose. my head surgery was done. I have partial injury to my left eye so that vision problem is there. I am working in a PSU company . And company is on the way of privatization. so that I have a fear of new employee can remove me from my job due to my disability.
I still not filled my Insurance form regarding that above mentioned accident. So if I mention my disability on Insurance form then new employee new employer can remove me from my job due to my disability?
In that case how to secure my job?
