Sukhveer want Register for service to hire a lawyer

I worked in Electrical power distribution company as Asst manager. I was interrogated with the legal and audit team of the company. After this i have been sent on long leave till further HR instruction by employer by sending a mail due to some serious transactions with sub-contractors. It’s been 2 months on long leave but still not took any decision from HR about to join or terminate my employment. Due to which I’m unable to get job elsewhere. I have also given my explanation of thir showcase notice. In showcase notice employer charged me to earn kickback money to mention general amount without any proof. I replied that i have made transaction with contractors to help them and took return same. But still employer not clearing my case. I’m continuosly doing follow-up by phone call or mail but they are saying that still decision under process with legal team.
Pls suggest me what to do to get clear my case.
