Siva want legal advice from lawyer in india

I have opted for treatment from vibes gachibowli and they asked me to take loan from their tied up merchant capital float for an amount of 30000 INR. I provided my details to the vibes team regarding to that but they reverted back to me stating loan didnt get approved stating account details provided were incorrect. So I paid them entire treatment amount through my debit card. Later from my bank account amount got debited stating for a monthly EMI towards loan from capital float. I called vibes regarding this as they said loan was cancelled earlier, I contacted capital float team regarding the same they said loan amount was disbursed to vibes account. Vibes team denied that no amount was credited to their account for 10months and now they accepted that amount got credited to their account but are denying to repay it back. How to go legally in this case??
