Sheema From Hyderabad want legal help in Parental Rights & Adoptions

Hello ,this is about my 3 yr old niece , mother has taken khula ,mother &her 5 brothers aren’t speaking to us ,not even telling us abt the child’s whereabouts ,leave alone showing the daughter to the father (my brother) , my brother was subjected to lots of abuse, mental torture by the ex wife& her brothers, we have repeatedly tried contacting them through phone ,but to no avail, even though during khula , we gave the wife money ,on her demand . We are desperate to see thechild ,she needs medicines , regular Dr checkups . The wife’s family has a reputation of being not good people , they are least concerned for the child’s wellbeing , her health ,they are poor ,infact the wife’s brothers ,have coerced the sister to take khula ,so as to take money from us etc .please advice ,we need visitaton rights atleast , how much will we be charged for filing a case for visitation rights , and what steps should we take , we are very desperate , and the father of the child is very depressed ,mentally disturbed because of the khula ,& he can’t see his daughter ,though he was the one who raised her , the mother never cared much
