Shashwata From Jalpaiguri want legal help in Others

I am shashwata sarkar,recently stay with my mother & my elder brother’s wife.The flat where i stay my mother property.My brother did 2nd marriage and stay with 2nd family(He & his wife & son).His 1st wife stay with us & she claims total property donate to her.in case we refused & say for half percentage she told to stay with us & torture my mom everyday mentally.my moms waist is broken recently.so i take a nurse for her & other female worker for house works.brother’s 1st wife took support from someone local in flat & threat us to give the property,when i refused they are beaten me.i have issue a GDR copy but police didnot take any kind of action just ask the local person something & gone.what should i do?my mother doesn’t have to stay with her own flat with me & her elder son?
