Satish From Distt- Bulandshahr want legal help in Vehicle / Accident /Traffic Violations

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is satish residing district Bulandshahr, UP. On 18th November, My father was standing beside of the road and one bus hit my father and he dead during medical treatment. After that we done his funeral ceremony without post martum . We have already lodge FIR in police station. But now police is not taking any action due to post martum not done. We want leagal action against bus driver.
I’m requesting you to kindly advise to punish the driver.
