We have lended a property for lease and agreement got over at 2019 only , they are just pushing the days not paying any rental or renewing the agreement we are in big financial problem we want to sell the property we don’t have enough money to go to courts and others .they are taking advantage of it and causing heavy damage to the property pls can any one help me how to deal with this issue legally pls.
