My father got married to three wives, first wife had a son ,second got two daughters and third three sons.he got his first daughter married my selling part of land.my father parted the agriculture land equally between the four of his sons that he is left with.where in first son sold his part of land to his younger brothers due to his wife health condition. now after death of my father ,elder son and his wife,the son of elder ones filed case that completely land was illegally drawn by us..without his parents consent.where a panchayat in a village also held..and all the witness we’re present who are also at the time of land sale..by elder sons..please suggest how can we proceed with the above
