My grandfather (died) Had owned 3000 sq.feet two plot (1500 sq.feet each) of MHADA in Nanded ,Maharashtra.
This property is divided in court into 3 parts of 1000 sq.feet each by means of compromise through mediation in nanded district court .
As my aunt also asked for her share in the property and this problem also solved through compromise .
Now finally the property is get divided among 3 sons 1000 sq . Feet each and case closed .
But as we went to MHADA office to divide my grandfathers property as per court order
Into 3 parts MHADA ooficer denied to do that he said as per MHADA rule Each plot can be transfer only on ones name means my grandfathers property will divide into two parts only not in three parts .
So what is the solution for this problrm .
As due to this issue we cannot get benifit of courts order.
