Sir, I bought a used bike in 2013
For local transportation .but after two months.I sale to my neabhour.
There is no. Noc. available in Rc book
So ownership transfer is not possible..so my nebhour .sell that bike to another person .but now the first owner continually calling to my neabhour. phone and threatening
That he put case against neabhour .or else we have to fine the bike back.
Sir pls do reply… we are really scare at this movement
