Rajiv From Gaya want legal help in Others

An amount of few thousand US dollars is seized from a Thai Lady when she was departing from GAYA International Airport for Thailand .She had not declared the currency carried by her in declaration form . She has gone back to Thailand and on getting summons from Customs has submitted various documents thtough somebody about source of currency which was with her and from which places she got indian currency changed to US Dollars and her plea is that amount is sale proceeds of gift items brought by her from Thailand for participation in various exhibitions in India in various cities whose detsils also has been submitted by her .She needs assistance/ representation in Gaya Int Airport before Customs Authorities for release/return of amount seized and is willing to pay any fine / penality for irregularity for which amount is seized .She does not know hindi/ English and was taking help of interpreters while in India and had been coming to India earlier also and claimsxto be having a firm in Thailand doing trading for gift items etc which were brought by her here in India . Somebody conversant with Customs law required for representation as she does not want to come to India till case is resolved .
