Rajani From Hyderabad want legal help in Property / Ancestral Property / Will

My father- in -law gave a house to my elder brother-in-law and land valued more than that to my younger brother-in-law..and the remaining premises which my in – laws are staying to my husband. They both registered their houses on their names .my husband didn’t do that as we r staying in hyderabad job purpose and the house is in Bellampalli, Mancherial dist. It is a singareni quarter and have little more place around it .Now as of their personal financial issues they want to sell the house making 3 parts in it .asmy father-in-law was died 3 years back ,my mother-in-law staying alone there ,is not telling the truth and supporting them .even she had personal financial issues. But meanwhile my husband went to municipal office made the house on his name in online and property tax. So is the ownership is particular to my husband or not??as the house is quarter and there is no tax and all before .when singareni authorities decided to give quarters to people who r residing in, we did the process .how can we proceed further??
