Rahul From Mumbai want legal help in Vehicle / Accident /Traffic Violations

A car smashed into my parked honda city. The local bandra police station filed a complaint but is not giving any information on what action was taken against the driver. He was driving without documents. A day later they let me take his car and he is also refusing to pay me for any damages. I want to pursue legal action against him.
