My sister is a doctor . She work in a hospital that hospital allegedly blame her for not paying attention to one patient. After that she cried a lot and didn’t go for job . Hospital issued her a notice she replies via whtsapp and sended her registration.
Hospital didn’t pay her for her 2-3 months salary which she served before this incident .
Today while we are filling tds I saw that hospital showed that they pay there salary and deducted tds too.
Now what can I do to recover that salary and this tds issue
