Priyasmitha From Hyderabad want legal help in Divorce / Marriage

I need advice on legal process to get separated and getting My 2 child custody. Please help.

I am an independent working lady and been in a marriage for around 8 years. My husband is having dominating and an angry person. He many times hurt me physically and emotionally, but the marriage continued due to interference of family from both side. Every 2 years or so, the Situation is getting so worst I have to come to family for resolving the same. -2 times the police complaint have been made as well, one time in USA and one time in India. But since family interferes, in USA he has gone through with anger management coarse and one day jail and an affidavit. In India, the complaint did not go that extent. Meanwhile family interferes and I need to stop the follow up things. The major fight happened which crossed All the limit 4 times and this time due to this lockdown it went beyond limit. So before anything will happen like last times, I ran away from my house in Hyderabad and now in Berhampur, Odisha at my home town. I tried many way to change him but no use .Now I am with my parents and kids at home town. I have two kids son 6 years old and daughter 1 year old. I am seeking legal advice what should I do and don’t going further. Thanks
