P : Legal Advice from Lawyer for Others in Kochi

Sir,
The neighbor Panchayat member with her son’s encroached and build his house violating the rules of house construction applicable in a Panchayat and she forcefully raised fencing with metal sheet by replacing fencing with plants and plastic net while an injunction against all the above said changes were assessed and stopped by the Court! Her advocate is advising her to forcefully do what you want and our advocate is advising to impose with physical force and agitation! I quet stunned that while there is a Court in our India to provide justice, then why should every citizen have to handle the physical efforts to get established a law or justice! I would like to seek your valuable advice and guidance to further proceed to get justice.
