M From Hyderabad want legal help in Property / Ancestral Property / Will

Hello sir.
My name is Ramadevi

My grand ma has 2 sons one daughter, my father (my father age 70)and my big father still not divided property. My grand ma passed away last 16years back ,still property name has on my grand ma name. My big father said to my father take you my part of property also.my father has two daughters and my big father has 3 sons. According law how many parts can divided the
property. If my brothers doesn’t ask property can we (me and my sister) get property equal parts . Without registration property on my father name can we get property or should be register the property on my father name.
Should be register means my big father and my 3 brothers signature also is need .
