Laxmi From Zirakpur want legal help in Others

I laxmi and my son karan, live in a house with 6 apartments. 3 apartments on both the sides(house is divided). I have the roof rights to the roof but the family on the ground floor harass us for the keys of the roof which we cant give them as we have the roof rights. She has always messed with our 2 activas standing ON THE PARKING, dragged them down near the road because she wanted the keys of the roof. Just to get rid of her we gave the duplicate keys to the family of 1st floor after signing a razinama in police station so that both the families can use them and then we can live our life peacefully. We took the keys after a while because she still was mad about not giving her the keys but giving them to the family of 1st floor instead. Therefore SHE KEPT MESSING WITH OUR ACTIVAS. When they feel like checking their water tankis we always open the door for them to do so. Today, 6 april, halfway through the lockdown neha who lives in the ground floor rang our doorbell and asked for the keys. My son karan went up to open the door but she started shouting on him and kept saying i will put my own lock on the lock u placed AND SHE SPAT on him during this corona virus situation. I came in between to tell her to back off she scratched me on my face which made me bleed and i have the photograph of it. She grabbed me by my neck. My son came to stop the her and so did the neighbor. Right after that Neha’s brother started giving us threats by saying “mai tumhari tange tod dunga tum neeche aao”. We went to the police station and hospital right after that. After coming back they put a lock on our lock which breaches our rights. They were saying bad things when we were going up to our apartment. I have the recording of that as well. Please guide me what to do. What case this situation comes under and what will be the fees of the case
