I am engaged to a Ukrainian Refugee that relocated to England due to the war. She has a current visa that lasts for 3 years. She has started work and is currently living with me. My question is whether or not we can marry in this country, and what implications there are on this? Also, whether there are any ways of mitigating potential issues through marrying outside of England?
