Hi, I wish to get my 498\A case transferred to my native city belgaum, I need a lawyer to help me with this. I have been fighting this case since last two years. The police and judiciary have not co operated with me. I have been harassed,abused and tortured by the locals here. There’s a constant threat to my life . I am left penniless as I have not been able to take up a job as well. I need to file a petition for transfer , I’ll pay the fees for it,of course.
