Passport issue- I had applied for a passport in Delhi last year, it has been pending as police verification is not getting clear however I have submitted all the required documents but still the police adamant to prove citizenship and proof of birth. Actually I born in 1980 at Gandhinagar Gujarat at home, no birth certificate was obtained, my father belongs to Nepal however he came to India in 1965 and joined pata military force and during his transferred in Gandhinagar I was born, my elder sister also got a passport and my wife whom I have married to have passport, due to non receipt of passport I am not able to go for a project outside India and missing many opportunities. Please check if you can help in this, I also got my name changed in 2006 and gave all the supported documents for that . Please support so that I can get the passport asap
