DHEERAJ From Mumbai want legal help in Bank/Check Bounce/Fraud

I was given ₹10,000 cash to my friend in 2016 and he given me a cheque which was bounced and again after four month he again given me cheque and that cheque was also bounced. After that i was made several calls but he didn’t pickedup my phone and i was also forgot later. Now again i started a followup for payment and he is lying he was given me ₹11000 on 28th October 2016 when i was going to my office in borivali station.

Please suggest me how can i recover my amount.
