Chaitanya From Hyderabad want legal help in Employment & Labour

Hi sir this is Chaitanya Kumar
I am civil contractor. I started to work on one of customer project. He did contract with me to complete 2 story building for 19 lakh. I started work and he paid for me for starting 2 months total 6 lakhs. But now he is directly paying to labors, material and he control everything now. He eliminated me from project and not giving my share. Now customer ask me for refund 5 lakhs and say that I wrongly evaluate the project so he want 5 lakh refund. Customer also have contractor blank cheque for safety. Customer is police constable and now he is threatening me.

I want to file case against him.
