Bhagyashree From New Panvel want legal help in Others

One of my friend is scaring me that he and his friends want to file case against me and he was saying case is with one IPS officer and when I blocked him he pinged me from some other number saying IPS aditya mumbai police. He also abused me today in marathi. When my friend told him not to msg me still he is messaging me continusly.please advice. Can he file case against me
