I was doing Homebased freelancing job i.e. form filling job, theyngave us 600 for which we have do it in6 days.So firstly they need our photo signature and aadhar card, after that they provide t&c to check5 min, I wwas done that after that they provide agreement, in which they states that registration fees 5990 to pay after completion of job, if you failed you have to pay your own, if you failed in accuracy you have to paid 5990 your own. I have failed to job in first week so I pay 5990 + 30kfor continuation after 6 days of work in2 week, I faile in accuracy so will pay 5990 again, but I want discontinu this project, so they asked me to provide again30k for cancellation of project, now they asking me to provide 10k more for court fees, cancellation agreement as per court charge, and asked me if you are not going to pay this we filed legal complaint against you at your residential adress to breach contrat act. I provide you the agreement copy and cancellation letter, I already paid them60 thousand, I feel that this is fraud, there no written in agreement that I have to pay court charges for cancellation, please help me and suggest, what I have to done in this case
