I have signed a employment bond at the time of joining for two years in June 2019. And in may 2020 I was left the organisation without giving any notice. And now my employer sent me a legal notice and asking for a compensation amount as mentioned in my appointment letter. Please also note that the employment bond is on company letter head and not on the legal stamp papers.
