My neighbour house got sealed from bank due to insolvency for the past 4-5 yrs , the house has come for auction through an auctioneer appointed by lending bank. I have taken the related documents from the auctioneer
My query is buying such disputed property is safe as I would myself be taking loan to buy this property, so I want to be 100% sure if this investment would be safe.Also what steps should I consider regarding society, electricity , gas and other related outstanding bills and expenses
