Slctd railways gp A batch 1988-89.On leave before joining till July 1991.shftd to Jammu march1991 due to medical problems. June 1992 appointment cancelled by railways. Ever since wrote to railways, PMs, Presidents, 2014 railways said case has no merit. 2016 legal notice sent 2018 wrote to PM and President. Nothing positive. Now I am past 62. Can a case be filed in the C A T for compensation? What are the chances of winning the case? Onkar Singh
