Rinku From Morbi want legal help in harassment

A village pradhan /Sarpanch threatening me and my family through his family,,, anytime they come with group of people and make us afraid and treghten,, a village peadhan abusing his power,,,, so what action I should do against them. And actually they are relatives also,, and write now we are in another state and my family another state,, my family member are not that much educated or they don’t want put themselves in any difficulties and police case,, so they tolerating them but I want take legal action against village sarpanch,, I need help.
