I wants to file a case (admissible in the High court of Delhi)against one Professor colleague working in the University of “Govt. of NCT of Delhi”.

The Professor ensured his appointment in 2000 and again in 2007 by misrepresentation of facts.

In this regard,I wants the case studies (judgments) of the supreme court or High court that even after 20 years of regular appointment, the case is admissible in the court for proceedings.
