Jai From Delhi want legal help in Divorce / Marriage

My brother has got married on 1 July 2018. The girl with whom he got married she stayed at his home only for 40 days. And left home with her mother without any intimation and then never came back. After 1 or 2 months they complained against my parents and brother including his 2 brother in law’s. We went there where they stay and complained but then he started asking for huge amount and all allegations were completely fake and that girl and parents are telling lie. Now every time he lodged FIR but never reach that place.we are not getting what to do. Coz that person and his daughter are not upfront to talk. My brother’s life is getting ruined. Kindly suggest what should we do. As it’s in short would like to talk on elaborated. Kindly get back.
