My house was given for DP road against compensation assured by TMC. now my tent has been allot the land on the stand is “manavtechya adhar” with the help of kailash mahapadi a cheater reporter. The tent do not had ration card, pan card at that year 2004. How could TMC give him my property. I filled the case but was dismissed due to no proper advocate and my finance problem. Today I heard govt provides advocate if we are not able to fight our case financially. Can I get any help.
